It doesn’t matter if you’re a Republican, Democrat or Independent, we can all get a sense of the enormous challenges facing our country at this pivetal time and no matter what political stripe you subscribed to, we can each make a difference in our own way that is consistent with our personal beliefs.
On this historical day, my wife and I pledge to donate 5% of the net profits from “The Business” towards veteran affairs and specifically the diagnosis and treatment for PTSD. This may not be a huge sum of money initially, but with hard work and a strong product offering, I believe we can make a difference in this critical area.
By stating this pledge here and now, we are taking a firm step towards giving back where we can in the manner which suits our beliefs and values. The below video is a bunch of celebrities making similar pledges… some easy and simple and others… not so much. But on this day, the day President Obama is sworn into office, we can all take that first step.

Bravo! The vets are truly suffering — the military is very stingy with PTSD care. The one thing we can do for them, in exchange for all that they do for us, is offer support and solidarity while they try to find their footing back at home.
