Createabull Films LLC

I started Createabull Films LLC on May 5, 2005 as I was putting together my film project, “Produced by Jimmy Wade”.  I had been working on the script for the previous six months and wanted to make this film as my debut feature.

Next, I did what any “wanna be” filmmaker does… I created a “project” by writing an offering plan (a business plan with a budget and an offer to give to accredited investors) and tried to raise the $3 million that I felt I needed to make a smash indie hit.

I raised 6.5% of the budget… unfortunately, the other 93.5% hasn’t come easy.

Currently the project is on pause…

…But here’s what I’m willling to do.  I will email any other aspiring filmmakers out there a copy of my script with the full prospectus and budget if you email me asking for them. Having this information will give you a template for your own projects in terms of how to present them to investors when you’re seeking capital.

Nothing is out on the net like this for free… believe me, I’ve looked.  

I will make this film someday but for now, the others of you out there can learn from my materials while chasing your own dreams of directing… and it IS all about directing… but shhh, don’t tell anyone.
